Not exactly, slow the video to 0.25x speed and you'll see that the bollard stayed upright.
IamNot Toxic no way, I’ve tapped it so many times and it doesn’t happen, it’s a known glitch that u hit a car on one side and it breaks on the other

Result : Over 95% chance to have 100% tyre wear on every tyre (punctures)

You have to do a certain amount of pitstops (your choice really on how many exactly) but you can still drive as fast as normal

formula 1 logic: brakes = more speed
More effective brakes can lower lap times as you can brake later
Do 0%AI with low fuel so that the game caps your speed.
