- You never want to hear your wife tell you that the carpet is soaked when you walk on it.. knowing nothing spilled. That means there is a leak somewhere and water is flooding into your home. Our daughter's room was flooded on Christmas Eve, and we had some home damage because of the water. We pulled up the carpet and cut out the pad, and tried to find the source of where the water was entering. It ruined the walls, ceiling, floorboards and carpet. Hopefully we don't find more damage on Christmas Day. Looks like we have some home improvement to do on Christmas Eve this year :)

I just love you guys so much! I'm an old fart who's a bit disabled, and your precious family brightens up my days. I find myself laughing out loud and there's a smile on my face when I'm finished watching. Merry Christmas and God bless you all!!! P.S. I had a flood in my bedroom once, and even though we dried out the carpeting and pad, microscopic mold developed and caused lung issues like bronchitis and pneumonia for the rest of the two years I lived there. I wouldn't wish that on anyone, let alone precious Gemma. When I moved it all went away. I recommend tearing all that carpet, pad and drywall out and replacing it, and treating the floor underlayment for mold. I'd recommend also keeping an eye out for any mold developing in the attic space. Loves xoxo

Life with little kids is an adventure! You all are making it so much fun. I only 4 or 5 families on UTube, only the real ones with good senses of humor they share. In my day it was plane trips all the time. Once my ex husband declared we were never flying down to my folks in the Appalachian mountains ever again because of the delays and stress of it. I feel bad for all the families depending on the airlines these days. I am on my own today and that is fine my 3 adult kids are fine as well as the 3 grandkids. Your videos give me the joy of sharing your happy interesting times with the littles. Thank You.🥰

You need to insurance involved in the Sheetrock because you don’t want mold to build up. A water restoration company will bring out big fans to put in attic and dry out the walls. Maybe just replace that sheet rock to guarantee no mold since it’s kids rooms

We use our bounce house blower when we need to dry carpet. We don't even have the bounce house anymore. We just kept the blower for when we need it.

Ugh I know the feeling a hot water line broke along our patio sliding door its concrete foundation so the leak detector and plumber will be here Monday to do the tear out! Love the Polar Express so much fun!
Loved the picture of Gemma looking at Santa, and her face when you scared her so precious. That mold on the floor isnt a good sign make sure you get the professionals to sort that out as you dont want Gemma getting ill from it xx
