I will ttate that According to my knowledge on the book, i can re read though, Preston did not state E=mc^2, He laid out the problem, not the solution. He laid out that Mass and Energy being part of the same could be a possibility. Meaning, no thats incorrect, Einstein didnt Plaigiarize, he simply solved a problem that was there. He did not copy anything. It would be like saying Elon Musk Plagiarized the first scientist who said we need renewable energy to clean earth. its simply not true, just because someone lays out the problem and someone else solves it it doesnt make it plagiarism, in fact thats part of the scientific Method.

Guys I love him so much. He's been the biggest inspiration in my life and we share so much in common...Mentally people thought I was slow and often laughed at my behavior...And for a while I believed their words..I never realized just how wrong they were and now I'm on my way studying quantum thermodynamics, working my way to become a physicist. Hopefully some day I will give credit to Einstein whose inspired my choice of career and helped me realize not to limit my abilities for we can all do anything we've ever dreamed of! Always remember that, you're all amazing, never let anyone tell you otherwise!!

I remember when I was 9 I was looking at a picture of him and asking my father - a construction worker - who he was. He explained that he was a famous physicist and vaguely said something about the Mass-Energy Equivalence principle and how it related to the atom bomb, common stuff that a layman would know about Einstein. The only follow-up question I had at the time was "Why does his hair look like that?" to which my father replied: "He was so busy doing math all day that he didn't have time to comb his hair." I am a grown-ass man now and still, I can only grasp a tiny fraction of his work. It still amazes me how a single person can have such an unbridled imagination and take such giant cognitive leaps. Same goes for Plato, Aristotle, Hippocrates, Neuton, Maxwell, Boltzmann, Planck and many others.
I believe there are certain people who are dropped onto the Earth with special knowledge to benefit mankind. Einstein was one of them.
Not to discredit or hate him, or be that woke dude, but aristotle hated other races than greek and was a profound slave owner, the original Nazi.

At least Greeks were eventually the first to experiment with democracy, although slaves and women were not allowed to vote. This is actually interesting. I didn't know there was clear footage of Albert Einstein himself speaking. I already knew that he was German, but his voice is actually deeper than I originally thought. Einstein was a true scientist - not just because of his incredible contributions to Physics, but because like a person with true scientific temperament he stood for human values as well, and was a staunch opposer of war and destruction.
Science can never be monopolised by a business, religion, nation, race, or any other social denomination, it's for all of humanity and the single greatest asset we've amassed over centuries contribution.
Einstein used his voice to argue for European Unification during WW1 already. Back then a radical stance, since Europe had been fighting constant wars for basically the past several thousand years.
But Einstein knew that future wars would become way too devastating.

I'm 20 years old, turning 21 soon. I have been interested in Einstein's theories, scientific teachings and the many things he published during his life for years. That being said, this is the very first time I've heard him speak. 😦

He actually rejected a lot of quantum principles, even the ones he theorised himself. He hoped that some day, someone would disprove them. Some have been disproved and I'm sure he'd be happy about it but others have stood up well in experiments, some of those were during his time and so he felt uneasy with the evidence.
Also, he didn't invent the atomic bomb, thats just absurd. He's a theoretical physicist, a mathematician. Not an engineer.
Neither did he "figure out" theories such as relativity, like someone had caused a problem waiting to be solved. He formulated abstract derivatives and designed theories to make sense of current data.
I can't believe people think others are stupid because they can't speak English well.

Couldn't think of a more inaccurate comment. He lived at a time when big discoverments were made every year. He was a brilliant man among many other brilliant people. I am sure he never thought he was the best of all physicists and much less the smartest person of all time.

Independent Mind studying a language after you’ve been speaking one language won’t change your accent, it’s just the way you have made your toungue move. He’s going to need some serious speech therapy to change his accent, but who cares as long as we understand him
I agree that practicing a language will hardly eliminate the original accent, but it can be definitely improved and acquiring a natural foreign accent is not impossible.
Maybe the word therapy is not the best choice, it refers to the medical treatment of a physical or mental condition. Maybe reeducation is more appropriate.
Independent Mind speech therapy isn’t like that. It’s just that he keeps saying specific words for a specific amount of time to tier he teaches his tongue to move against its instinct moves.
