And here it is, our very first home tour! We didn’t want to rush this video as we wanted to enjoy the journey from renovation to settling in. It’s been an amazing 10 months of living in our home and we love every minute of it.

Hello! Out of curiosity, why’d you guys decide to place your water dispenser at that corner of your kitchen? With the need to locate it near a water source, was there a reason why you guys opted not to have it installed next to your main kitchen sink?
Love the colour palette, geometry and minimalist modern decor but the props comic/Disney shine on your personality and quirkiness! So it all looks like a home and not a interior decor catalog!
I especially love the tiles used in the bathrooms, storage and the display in the wall shelves!

genuinely curious as to why you would put your water dispenser beside your mop sink in the service yard. isn't that not very sanitary or more like a lot of chemicals would be there considering you use that sink to wash dirty cloths, etc? other than that, it is a really beautiful home!!! thank you for sharing! :)
That was our initial worry too, but as we didn’t want to drill a hole into the main counter top, we decided for our dispenser to be placed there! And since it’s there, our mop sink is always kept clean and our “dirty cloths” are actually the same cloths used for cleaning our dining table! 😊 All other bits goes into the washing machine so no issue for us there 🥳

just wanna ask why the dispenser not beside ur main kitchen sink ? is it because the water dispenser filter doesn't have space in the main kitchen ?
but overall is very good and nice , smart choice to go with gorhe long lasting
We didn’t want to drill a hole into the main countertop! 😊 And the “best” place for the dispenser had drawers below so no way we could place the main filter there too.

65’’ is the perfect size for the distance our couch is from our tv! We won’t be needing anything bigger for this home :)

Beautiful and calm palette of colors, suitable for a couple. But there are some design flaws and insufficiency as one grows a young family in Sg. eg vacuum cleaner right at entry way, water dispenser by a "mop" sink, kitchen sink too near to stove. Removal of second shower area. Lack of not 1 bedroom, but 2 bedrooms due to removal of walls for a 4-room flat. Hence, there is no dedicated office or home library, no space for exercise equipment and musical instrument such as piano. Not pet friendly, and home is not a home without paw prints. :D Coffee tables are beautiful but hard to move around when space is needed. It costs money to remove walls. Due to Sg real estate costs, it makes more sense to have a multifunctional space... meaning to have multiple functions in one room without moving too much things drastically around. Just my two cents for whatever it's worth.
