what I believe to be the essential elements of what makes a classic hip-hop song and "Come Clean" is all that and more. Though Jeru may not be as well-known or remembered as some of the other emcees he's no joke on the mic and never showed off his skills in a better fashion than he did on this track. And did I mention the beat is ridiculous? Premier really showed his skills on this one too,Not to mention that the Onyx scratch in the hook is absolutely perfect for the song.
