Ali let me show you the first draft of this script... literally I originally had you in as well to breakdown, not even joking 😂 Maybe I was scared to do a English accent haha. You inspire a lot of people Ali, please keep doing what you're doing! Lots of people in this community look up to you. Thanks for being here :)
The amount of effort in this video is crazy compared to size of your channel. Great info in the video as well! This video is already being recommended to a decent amount of people, but I feel like the thumbnail could be a little more clear, maybe worth trying out multiple thumbnails so this video can blow up haha!
Man I'm ashamed I haven't seen your content before but you TOTALLY embody the heart of this video haha! 🔥🔥 Good videos Stan. I appreciate the feedback a ton, definitely need to test some more thumbnails. Always SO much more to learn on RUclips than we think.
I just made 100,000 subs this year, and I can tell you certainly that you have a good future on the platform, keep it up and you’ll be passing me in no time!
First video wedding shoot Second insta exploit Third one about drone 4th one self help Then u hit the jackpot youtuber breakdown You were following your youtube search software But more then any thing u got a super power of great story telling. Really appreciate it brother. Love from India 🇮🇳
I'm so happy YT recommended your last video! Instant Sub! Just like for most people, filming myself has been quite hard, especially because I'm making videos in English and it's not my main language, in fact, it's my third language lol. But I believe that with enough practice and desire to improve, anyone can speak to the camera naturally. I still have a long way to go to be as good as I would like to be, but it feels good to see the progress from video to video :D A mistake I made at the beginning was trying to copy the super energetic personality type to make videos more ''interesting'' when it's not how I am at all and it made the videos feel a bit unnatural. But I'm slowly finding a style that suits me. It's all about practice! :D
YES! I'm not crazy energetic, but good thing we don't need to be. I'm learning what works for me, right? Sounds like you too. That's the beautiful thing is PRACTICE does miracles.
Got me hooked, not the content, not the fact that you are helping me grow and think differently but the fact you ended the Isaiah video talking about gratitude and existence. 💫🤜🏻🤛🏻. Im in my 40’s making automotive educational videos and its a good feeling knowing I’m helping people. Gratitude is something I practice daily. Grateful I have the opportunity to change people in some way shape or form. Best wishes for your channel. You’re helping me which in turn will help others. 🔥🔥💫
Man it's crazy how there's so many creators that speak on these type of topics but you are my fav and you deserve every sub you get!! Keep it up!! Was here at 746 sub lol^^
You taught this in such a unique way by imitating the other RUclipsrs to show us different styles. Great stuff! The RuneScape story is also a great illustration that is giving me a lot to think about as I plan my next videos.
Yeah the Runescape example was powerful even for me. Taught me something for sure. There's a dichotomy because you don't want to talk about yourself the whole time, but you need to a little bit for people to know and connect with you. Fun stuff, always more to learn.
Ok… I’ll admit it. I’ve watched all of the “how to grow your channel” videos out there…. This was the most motivating and informative one I can remember. Great job!
This was the best breakdown of presenter authenticity that I've seen and I think you really nailed the point. You can borrow techniques, but you can't borrow someone else's personality.
Dude, honestly, the value and quality this video brings is similar to a channel that has 100k subs. You will hit 1 mill before you know it. Real talk. Much love from Malaysia
I think the best aspect of your videos is the affirmations and positive reinforcement about authenticity; there’s no point in being a “[insert youtuber] clone”
Mannn. I started watching this video while sitting on the sofa, after 5 seconds I got so much hooked that I stopped watching, came to my room put my headphone on and started watching it on my TV. Because I didn't want to ruin the value in a midiocre quality. So much love and passion you got. 💕💕
I've done 326 videos and it gets easier with practice that's for sure. Let your own personality grow and blossom and over time it will come kind of natural. Peter is the best vlogger on RUclips, it's no contest. Good video and solid content.
Duuuude, this was such a pleasure to watch! Very entertaning, flow was great, information spot on and I've learned so much. Thanks for awesome video! Instant sub, because I want to see more from you! :)
Your personality is what made me subscribe to your channel after viewing one video, then your sense of humor and how you explain things. Really enjoyable and keep up the good work! :D
Good video. The problem is that we live in a world where people worship images, instead of worshiping information. Most people are impressed by appearances, instead of substance. I guess if you want your message to get through, you have to give them what they want.
I do this with singing. I wanted to become a better singer so I temporarily mimicked artists I wanted to sing more like... and little by little I broke away from the mimic and added "ME" to my voice... improving my confidence, my style, vocal range, breathing, emotion, resonance... and much more!!! My editing improved with this too!
Hah you are a genius.... This is such a great video. People like me who came from the niklas's breakdown video will surely 100% stay here after watching this well made master piece
Lol I was watching this the whole time thinking you were a big youtuber until the very end when you talked about getting to 10k. Your videos are absolutely amazing, this is so inspiring. Thank you!
You definitely opened my eyes with this video! I just started my own RUclips journey and the info in this video is great! Thanks for sharing and looking forward to future videos!
This is an incredible video! Learned a ton about growth, storytelling, and how to always make it about your viewers and not you. I can definitely see this channel hit some insane subscriber numbers in the upcoming months. Glad to be here early before this channel's big sub explosion (current subs: 4.8k)
WOW. I mean before I start, those acting skills 🔥🔥 You're such a natural storyteller + video editor. I'm excited to see where your channel goes in the next month, nevermind the next year! Keep it up man!
Just re watched this video. It’s validating that my voice is fine just as is. Hubby kept telling me I need to be bubbly all the time but it felt very unnatural sometimes. I need to incorporate more of the b roll and sound effects to make the boring stuff more entertaining
Incredible acting and editing skills, I'm so so impressed. Thanks for sharing and for emphasizing authenticity. Personally I don't like to watch these super loud, over-the-top youtubers and would hate it if people all went for that style.
Hey man, so glad I found your channel, You inspired me to really take a hard look at the content I was making. Excited to apply some of the things in your videos to my upcoming content 😁
Oh this is great! I'm new to RUclips video making and struggled with this exact thing for a while. I'm just finding my way being as authentic as I can be on camera. I was grieving when I made my first talking head style video, and all the bubbly personality stuff was genuinely too painful to fake. So I just gave it an honest approach, and allowed myself to be sad on camera, and I think it turned out so much more for the better. Thanks for this video! It's what I needed to hear!
damn, you be setting the standards high! Hope you keep this up tho and not fall short later as you start gaining more subs! It's easy to grow in the beginning but the hardest part is to continue growing after you've gained an audience because by then, you feel like you've already made it so you start putting less effort into your work.
Dude, I love this video, and your last video, AND the fact that your subscriber count is low right now, but I can see you're going to be a big youtuber. Honestly man this video really makes me want to make better videos so thank you for this!
Great video, Jon! Very insightful and inspiring for new content creators like me. I'm happy that I watched that video because it brought me a lot of things to think of. I am aiming for Andrei Jikh’s presentation style. Good luck with your channel!
Man I love this channel so far one of the best at helping Creators, am struggling with the storytelling part, but as the ring of the King says this will pass
Absolutely love this video and all the tips you provide. I really struggle to be myself on camera, especially since English is not my native language. Thank you, this was incredibly helpful!
The good thing is most people in the world are WAY more comfortable nowadays listening to non-native English speakers (even us crazy americans lol). Glad it helps! Keep practicing, you got it
Absolutely one of the best channels that I have ever subscribed to, I just binge watched all of your videos! The bad part is that I wanted them to be more. Please don't stop creating, I'm gonna wait impaciently for your next video. Cheers from Italy!
Hey! Advice on a title change that I believe would be more clickable!! "How to be GENUINE as a RUclipsr" or "How to be AUTHENTIC on RUclips" I think it fits! Good job with your vids man! cheers
RUclips kept suggesting your videos for me and today I decided to give a chance. Oh man, thank you so much for your great content, I was just giving up my youtube channel, but now I feel so inspired to keep going, you really know show to inspire and focus on the bright side of this. Thank you from Brazil!
Broooooo... 😍😍😍 This video is just for me... Thank you very much... I'm gonna start a youtube channel with my old dslr... I don't care what my gear is... Audience, quality of the content & my style are the only things which I'm gonna care about from now on... If there's more which should be in my list, please update me...
When we watch a lot of videos of certain youtubers we generally have the tendency to talk like them when we are recording ourselves and it's very hard to control it. I guess with practice I will eventually find my own style as well. Loved this video
i had no intention of watching this video, but it came on as i was doing stuff on my other monitor. I subscribed for a shallow reason - cuz you're eye candy, but stayed thru to the end because it was interesting, and then i decided to subscribe. I'm starting a channel soon, so your content is relevant and helpful, plus, the eye candy factor. so yeah.
I love how you mimicked each of the youtubers! I’ve been trying to figure out how to get comfortable on camera and this video was really helpful ahhh, thank you!
Dude, in case you didn't notice you found your niche, "Strategic breakdown analysis of content creators, RUclipsrs and influencers". Drop the drone thing, its only hurting your growth in the plataform, everyone could buy a drone and you have instant competition on those videos, what makes you different in my humble opinion its your brain, and your analytic innate abilities. Milk it, i see you going places with this kind of content. By the way you have a new suscriber here.Cheers mate...keep up with the good work.
Man I love this channel already! Great job. First the analysis of Niklas, now this. Your channel will gonna blow up soon mate! Glad I found this to help me figure out my own style in the future. Can't wait what's coming next.
Super creative video! Thanks for the inspiration to engage with the camera as myself, first and foremost. I'm often concentrating so intently while I'm filming that I forget that part. You hit so many great points for those of us who struggle with feeling "normal" in front of a camera. I'll be watching this one a few more times for sure.
SniperWolf is looking off camera because she's looking at herself in the flip out screen. I never get a feeling that someone else is in the room, just that the person is a bit self obsessed. It's incredibly common though, I think humans just like their own reflection, babies for example stare at their reflection for hours! It takes a lot of active thought to keep looking and talking to the lens, but it's so worth it for the way it engages an audience.

I just discovered your channel! I love your videos! It's only a matter of time before you hit millions of subscribers. Keep up the great work and content!💪
You should really post more videos, I love the content you make, it's super informative and we get to learn a lot in these 10 - 15 mins of your videos, absolutely love em!
I randomly stumbled upon your last video and was instantly captivated! Subscribed right away and since then I’ve felt this spark inside myself ignite and it has really pushed me to make more videos and be more engaging with my audience! Keep up the amazing work! 🤙🏻🤙🏻
Watched your video on Niklas christl and it was great, now I get recommend this one as well and it might even be better. You’ve earned yourself a new sub!
This is a great video
Ali is here too....Nice.
Big fan sir 😉
Ali let me show you the first draft of this script... literally I originally had you in as well to breakdown, not even joking 😂 Maybe I was scared to do a English accent haha. Imagine talking to a friend while filming. Your camera is your friend

New thumbnail is sick!
Calisthenics MrBeast
Not sure why this one hasn't taken off yet because it deserves to, keep pushing man!
Haha thanks Danny, you're awesome. I'm patient 😏
Love that you’re exploring the nuances of RUclips creating. The space has been getting repetitive. This is a really fresh perspective.
I just made 100,000 subs this year, and I can tell you certainly that you have a good future on the platform, keep it up and you’ll be passing me in no time!
Dude, it's time to grow. Your channel is a model for how even "small" youtubers can put incredible effort into their content.
What?
So glad I found this channel...im looking forward to all your releases
First video wedding shoot
Second insta exploit
Third one about drone
4th one self help
Then u hit the jackpot youtuber breakdown
You were following your youtube search software
But more then any thing u got a super power of great story telling.
Really appreciate it brother.

Siddhant haha glad you're here! There's a science to RUclips for sure, but there is definitely an art as well. Best of luck to you!

what about people who don't like their voice and are very shy. what can we do?
I was gonna do exactly that, because it felt like I had to. Thank you for stopping me so I can just accept myself as I am :)

I think the best aspect of your videos is the affirmations and positive reinforcement about authenticity; there’s no point in being a “[insert youtuber] clone”
Solid content bro! Keep it up! :D
Im a small youtuber but i have realised that i talk a lot less in camera than in real life, i found yesterday your videos and i LOVE them, thanks.
Mannn. I started watching this video while sitting on the sofa, after 5 seconds I got so much hooked that I stopped watching, came to my room put my headphone on and started watching it on my TV. Because I didn't want to ruin the value in a midiocre quality. So much love and passion you got. 💕💕
Detective Jon did it again! He reveals another secret for RUclips success. Bro! Your content is Underrated af. Keep up!
Haha underrated is a fun place to be sometimes. Glad you're here Youssef!
you're also underrated assi YOUSSEF you're one of the best content creators in MOROCCO and you deserve more attention

@@JonDorman Thanks man! Also im checking out PlannerVid and i was wondering if you could connect multiple youtube channels to the software.
Your videos are way better than your sub count. Just found one and have watched 5. Do. Not. Quit. You are gonna make it.
Just found you today and this is your forth video in a row. I have no idea why this video is not in millions? 😒 It's perfecto! 👌😍
Duuuude, this was such a pleasure to watch! Very entertaning, flow was great, information spot on and I've learned so much. Thanks for awesome video! Instant sub, because I want to see more from you! :)

Brooo these videos are sooo good, I’m so glad I found you at this early stage!!
Haha glad you're here at the early stage! The best part is connecting with people, so I hope these videos help!
How has Peter not seen this? He loves commenting on videos where he’s used somehow. Anyway, your video is so good. Professional quality, nice!
Good video. The problem is that we live in a world where people worship images, instead of worshiping information. Most people are impressed by appearances, instead of substance.

i do be a chill guy so can't wait to learn about how to be more chill
You have some of the best contact I found on RUclips your channel is going to continue to blow up
Great idea to mimic other youtubers to see how it feels to portray yourself that way. 10k subs from the next 10 videos is definitely achievable

NEW FAVORITE RUclips teacher
I love how you mimicked each of the youtubers! I’ve been trying to figure out how to get comfortable on camera and this video was really helpful ahhh, thank you!
this chanell has a bright future Jon! such a great videos! getting better and better.

Drop the drone thing, its only hurting your growth in the plataform, everyone could buy a drone and you have instant competition on those videos, what makes you different in my humble opinion its your brain, and your analytic innate abilities.
Just ran into your channel randomly, and so glad I did. Keep up the good work. I'll be watching all you future vids. 👏
What a great surprise this channel! Thank you! Great work, man!
I usually wait until the end, but I had to subscribe and like within a few seconds of hearing you perfectly explain my problem. Thank you!
niiiiiiiiiiiiiiice video crack! I'm following you since the previous video, before you got viral jaja. Saludos desde México!
Mario you legend haha. Thanks man! I need to get to Mexico soon 🔥
This was totally me... now I am discovering myself through change.... Great video! ( mine was the PM spectrum lol)
I just discovered your channel! I love your videos! It's only a matter of time before you hit millions of subscribers. Keep up the great work and content!💪
You should really post more videos, I love the content you make, it's super informative and we get to learn a lot in these 10 - 15 mins of your videos, absolutely love em!
this is such killer content 😮 i can see how much thought and effort put into creating this video!
btw are you a software engineer?!
Just binged all your videos man, you break things down in such a clear and concise way thank you for everything !

Watched your video on Niklas christl and it was great, now I get recommend this one as well and it might even be better. You’ve earned yourself a new sub!
Wow this is brilliant!
Very inspiring, I think the only way to truly inspire other people is to believe in your self first.
This is fire. Huge respect for all the effort you put in here, Jon.
