Road to Geisel: Shuaibu Ali

First-year medical student Shuaibu Ali was attracted to Geisel’s small class size and intimate learning environment. He talks about how his love of science and his experience as a health educator addressing health disparities in his home community inspired him to pursue a career in medicine.
A native of Harlem, NY, and the son of Ghanian immigrants, “Sha” is a graduate of Ithaca College.
