Yeah I didn't like that they aged him with such a horrible actor. But it happens all the time on soaps. And I think they might have done that for the last season to show what Jack became being raised by a father that let him do whatever he wanted and taught him that there was no consequences.
funny enough, the actor who originally played Jack (Carmen Loporto) and Shane ( Austin Williams) were both fourteen in 2011.My theory is that they re-casted Jack was because (Carman Loporto) looked too young.
