Just because it's generally called Brazilian "jiu jitsu", doesn't mean it has anything to do with pre-Kodokan ryu. Bjj is an offshoot of Kodokan Judo, which itself was originally known simply as Kano ju jutsu (and was, indeed, not created in a vacuum).
If Rickson feels like it wasn’t perfect, he challenges the technique a little bit which makes Royler flowing through it like it was prepared beforehand amazing.
I know Jigoro Kano created Judo of course base on that Original which is the Old Art called Jiu Jitsu also known as Ju Jutsu and yes I agree that they could train everyday practice that improves there skills prettty much
For years I tried to watch this video and couldn't find it. Thank you very, very much!! OSS
No. He is the best. Many people ask . "Is Rickson as good as everybody says"?...No. he's much better- Renzo Gracie.
I never saw Rickson against a big black belt, to see his domination unfortunately
Jesus the armbar by Rickson at 1:38 is smooth as water.
It's a very classic Martial Arts you know This art is still has the Kodokan Judo orgin

What event was this?
Of all of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Practioner Rickson is one of the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Ka?
Really?... you do know that Jigoro Kano created Judo based from the original Jiu-Jitsu, so that people could train as an everyday practice, right?
would that armbar escape work if he were hooking with the right arm instead of the left?
Judo with a better relationship with submissions and the ground itself.. but not fancy throws or trips.
Royler's Armbar looks kind of awkward lol
And you do know, this Jiu Jitsu isn't the classic Jujitsu. BJJ clearly and already been proven that its a direct decedent from Judo.
