People in family guy are only as strong as it's convenient for some joke or whatever. There isn't any consistent power scaling, and that's fine for this show.
This is probably my favorite Family Guy episode and one of the best episodes in the entire series. Even Peter’s side plot of not wanting to wash his hand after meeting his favorite cereal mascot is actually very funny and brings some hilarious laughter which is needed from the emotional main plot with Stewie and Brian.
He did kill New Brian from humping Rupert. Stewie and Brian are very close, even if Brian torn up Rupert, he even got it easy by just being called a Gaylord when he humped Rupert, he didn't get killed like what happened to New Brian.
Brian is the best dog friend anybody can have. He loves stewie more than anyone else. And i love this duo more than anyone else! 😅 That surprising stewie with a new Rupert doll was so heartwarming.
What got me was Brian clandestinely buying Stevie another Rupert. That’s pure love… the one true consistent love Stevie ever got.. same fro Brian from Stewie. Symbiotic bond they have indeed
