i like to coach that shot with an extra 2 millisecond hold on the bounce of the ball which forces a much snappier racket head speed through the ball and a real punchy low shot. Good video!
I like videos like these if for no other reason than it gives a name for certain shots...also interesting how on rare occasions you want a flat racquet-face.
Important to always be aware of where your opponent is when playing this shot as you can easily hit them if youre playing a tight angle
Some times, I do this forehand cross with the aim of the ball bounce back from opposite back court first glass panel but ball sliding the side wall, hoping it tight for a weak retrieve
I find this often trips up the opponent when you take this from the backhand
