That's my go to build whenever my enemies are tanky. I change my glowing with genius if enemies dont have lifesteal or regen heroes.
It's my opinion but glowing wand,holy crystal,and wishing lantern works, hope it helps tho that's the only methon I knew
If those tanks are a threat to you then yes, you can use CDR build.
