The only reason why the chorus sounded the real live here bcs she really did it live. This mr removed catches the pre-recorded voices and the live voices.. As i know, since if pre-recorded, the choruses left unpre-recorded bcs mostly it's along with backtrack. Mostly artists just lipsync the choruses. But Seulgi sang the choruses, and so I believe she sang the whole song. Just in the pre-recorded parts bcs it's loud, we can't hear her live voices.

Both of you are technically correct. She’s live in the choruses and some of the adlibs. Most of the verses and bridge are pre-recorded. Some of those high notes at the end were actually live!!!
I'm confused why she's singing the difficult choruses and adlibs live but not the easier verses/prechoruses/bridge, although you can hear a faint voice singing along with those (possibly her live vocal).
my guess, she actually asked by the company to just lipsync the whole song since it's with prerec vocals and the choruses already in backtrack.. but she's Seulgi we talking abt, so she'll do her best singing everything live, so here we can hear her faint vocals during the choruses where there are no prerec vocals while for the other parts the prerec so loud that we can't hear her live vocals.
