Maybe sometimes boss fights could be different like spawn extra adds, maybe some special encounters, rare spawns on bosses etc, like some change and extra rewards/different to make it more exciting
Maybe like expose weakness and other stacking buffs, could be like every proc extends it, and could also be like special thingys if you have several stacks could maybe proc something extra etc, maybe expose weakness could also reveal spots where crits are more possible and crit dmg increase?
When flying from darnassus to auberdine, player flies on gryphon on top of light house, maybe player could grap some power from the crystal for some duration on top of lighthouse when they fly on top of it/next to it? Maybe can tap it with staff and imbue staff with something? Maybe such power spots could spawn on world too? Maybe some rare bosses would leave behind em?
maybe like 20% chance for adj, 2% imp, 0.2 mod, 0.02% aug and 0.002% perf Maybe adj tier parts could have bonus set bonus, maybe could be like combining the different tier sets like or something
Maybe every 10% healed in raid would give some point to healer in fight, and would sometimes pop some blessing thingy rewards somewhere, maybe blessed healer item, item would turn into blessed variant with some special proc or something with 10k point guy? hidden thingy?
Maybe could be some very rare item that drops all around, that is like spirit of beast mastery hunter for example could give you 24h or 1 week buff that you have all BM talents for the duration + other specs, maybe raid end boss could also drop em with small chance
Maybe could be some ice/fire/nature bows that has bonus to change arcane shot into ice/fire arrow and could be disenchanted to something else, maybe could even swap modes
Maybe on some spots when you look up sky maybe there could be star sign or something to indicate that spot has something or something maybe they could tell something, found today some bear in ashenvale happened to drop sta,agi helm for hunter, and also found some small candle where it spawned on grass
Had idea maybe when you tame one, you could deliver it to some cat paradise or bear paradise, instanced zone different for everyone like the base, and there could spawn weird rares and mixes of cats from those collected, maybe some sometimes escape and need to go hunt or something, maybe when taming no need to be without pet, but other one new tamed would be in collar following you or something until you go to stables and swap there or something, maybe some helicopter with cage could get em
The lost vikings could also still be for sale and there are maybe ppl interested in adding levels and abilitys etc to the game, it can be also continued if there is interest, like hollow knight, castlevania has nice skills and mechanics could be added alot
Also like hand of raggy, thunder fury could be modded with some rare mats + looted different speed sword to have more dps, maybe extra stats/proc and different speed
Maybe javelin could have like aimed-shot thingy, would take time to aim, interrupted if hit, but would have maybe longer range per str and dmg per str and better crit etc when aimed and range, maybe could knockdown? And cooldown?

Incursions killed phase 3. Noone did dungeons or quested out in the world. Everyone was doing incursions, making the game feel lonely like retail.

Just attend the lockouts you can. You don’t HAVE to get every raid in EVERY lockout…
