In my teens, I submitted a poem to my school's annual literary magazine. I called it "Modern Nature". For some reason, my teacher wanted me to pick a 'better' title. I refused.
She didn't want to understand what she had been teaching or her ambitions in her vocation were overtaken from the idiocy of humanity from future youth as it directly influences who she teaches
Spotify put this on my play list . Fabulous Track and the Sax is a killer . Good luck on your tour .Love the sound. Should be a Mil views ! Love is Murder by Al Ross actually led me here thanks spotty ( for a change !)
If ya want the real deal, just check out all the bands on the Flying Nun record label from Dunedin in New Zealand... Sax included! Once you check out the 'Dunedin Sound' you will find the roots of most contemporary alt rock, including the pixies, sonic youth, heaps of the grunge stuff from nw USA, etc etc... You may think I'm talking crap, so have a search and let me know otherwise... Heh heh!
You're not wrong about how influential the Flying Nun and New Zealand bands were and still are, but maybe it's a little bit ignorant for you to put 'If ya want the real deal' when an artist has created something profound like this song and video. This is a great quote from the film maker Jim Jarmusch... “Nothing is original. Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination. Devour old films, new films, music, books, paintings, photographs, poems, dreams, random conversations, architecture, bridges, street signs, trees, clouds, bodies of water, light and shadows. Select only things to steal from that speak directly to your soul. If you do this, your work (and theft) will be authentic. Authenticity is invaluable; originality is non-existent. And don’t bother concealing your thievery - celebrate it if you feel like it. In any case, always remember what Jean-Luc Godard said: “It’s not where you take things from - it’s where you take them to." Also if you want to find out more about Flying Nun and those influential bands there's a great documentary on YT called Heavenly Pop Hits ruclips.net/video/sjUDemQFznA/видео.html - Peace y'all.
I would like to constantly live in that free world of searching, creating and finding beauty with painful experiences

Amazing 10/10 from Turkey 🇹🇷
Just found this band...can’t stop listening to this album. So happy... x
can't lie, i laughed pretty hard when that sax hit during my first listen
this is it...
A nostalgic cello base sets the mood for the following petards.
Beautiful music here, love the saxophone involved too, adds a bit more to it, can't wait to get the album. 💙
saw them in Nottingham not long ago. It was lovely
Bella Union did it again. Great band!
excellent!
This band reminds me quite a lot of the notwist.. Jack cooper s voice is quite reminiscent in delivery with that of Markus acher .

Agreed. I had noticed it in the former band Ultimate Painting. Lots of Clean (to my ears). Top quality from NZ, imo

this is sooo f*cking great....
This is red hot - double like
i'm dizzy 🌹
The 500 Blows
! CROWD RUG !
Lovely slow building and hypnotic , then a horrible squawking saxophone comes in and kills it .
I actually think it made it so much better. But again, that's just my opinion.
Or makes it, depending on your point of view.
No way. The sax makes it so much better!
the sax is like the sexiest instrument, i don't know how you sleep at night
Got to disagree strongly here . The Sax is inspired , takes it in another direction and just adds so much.
