A spicy Eden start with Ipecac, ain't that something? Apart from plentiful self-damage early on, the run does actually go pretty well. Lots of nice utility like There's Options and Dead Cat within a few floors and just enough stats to keep you satisfied. Add on a Mulligan and Schoolbag a little later and you're set on utility already, if you ever actually god good actives. Won't matter for now as you get a banging Devil Deal with none other than Brimstone inside enabling that lovely explosive Brimstone synergy. It'd all be fine if it was left at that, but of course the game had other plans. I mean, you get to enjoy it for quite some time, until the Chest that is, for a Curse of the Blind is about to ruin your whole day. Not only do you not get to abuse Echo Chamber and inverted Judgement cards with restock machines to their fullest potential, but you end up grabbing items that actively ruin your synergy, aka My Reflection and shortly after Anti-Gravity. It's great that your run is still powerful in spite of these pickups, it's explosive Brimstone at the end of the day, but it sure makes actually defeating enemies significantly harder for no real gain at all. You still persevere and even manage to take down Delirium somehow, but it sure was a slugfest to get through.

I have indeed and I love how people are getting filtered. You can tell people don't actually read csm or have interfaced with any other of fujimotos work aka fire punch

@@spayner1951 thats what im saying. U cant get emotional for every person that dies, but mocking deaths of victims in a murder is straight up wrong
I wasn't really tryna make fun of the poor guy, he did die end of the day, so I'm sorry if it came across that way. It's just a lil difficult to extend much sympathy when it was kinda his own fault, considering some dudes had already secured the perp and he went outta his way to pull them apart, allowing the knife dude to get onto him in the first place. fwiw I blame his colleagues that just stood around doing nothing as a dude with a knife charged at him more
