You know it's a Lost run destined for greatness because you end up getting a tears up every floor and hit the tears cap before even entering the mines. And you get set up with further wonderful stuff along the way like Blue Map or Explosivo to take advantage of your luck. Not to mention the other stats or the library you get to abuse rerolls in forever. A claw game gives you Spoon Bender for some sweet homing and you keep getting inverted Judgement cards to get even more rolls out of eventually allowing you to snag a Godhead from an angel deal. Need more tear effects? Euthanasia has you covered and a second library has Mulligan and Conjoined for you as well. Even if you lose the latter to a Sacrificial Alter soon after, the trade off is obviously great when it's Contract From Below. Things really start popping off when you reach the Chest, though, as you get to use a Jera for extra items and quickly grab amazing stuff thanks to all your rerolls going your way. 20/20, Pyromaniac, Ghost Pepper, Nose Goblin, Lodestone, Tech X, Dr Fetus, you name it. Proptosis for one final big boost to your bombs' damage and suddenly you're out here defeating Mega Satan in mere seconds. Just a few salvos and really loud explosions later you've beaten the run just that easily.
