Did you know that you can attach BOTH the 24v and 48-57v adapters (as well as a mix of devices) and the 16P will apply the correct voltage to each device? Here's what it says in the MikroTik brochure: When using both the high and low voltage adapters, the netPower will automatically choose the correct PoE standard and voltage, based on the devices you connect to each port. You can also specify it manually. Now that's pretty awesome!
To be honest, I don't know when I knew this. I know it now, but I don't know if I was certain when I made the video. All I can say is; good point! It seems that these videos have some views right now, and if you would like me to do anything with my setup then please say so. I am loving my Mikrotik setup and I would like to offer others any insight into the operation of these devices to get others into the infrastructure.

Thanks Mate, video is just what I was looking for, great hands on, and great humour along the way!
Thanks for the video. was looking into getting one of those and there are not many reviews out there. Looking forward to part 2
Cheers bud. Part 2 is up now. If there is anything specific you'd like me to feature then let me know and I'll stick it in part 3.
