Maybe they need more fruits and vegetables. I was watching Japan Zoo Shabani group. They are less heavy and I notice the get fed more vegetable and fruit and not just leaves at every meal. Maybe the mood hinges on better nutrition?

Everybody beats up on poor kintaro whenever they feel like it. His father beats him the most. That's why he looks so sad and depressed at times. Is there anything the zoo keepers or caretakers can do to help him? I think Momotaro has mental issues like mood swings.
@CookieWoods. I know that, and I feel some pity for him sometimes, but he beat up on the sons without reason at times. I watch most of their interaction videos and can see that they are petrified of him, especially Kintaro. Gentaro started to stand up to him recently. Kintaro wants his father's attention but is very much afraid of him. Genki did not trust him with her baby at allll. She would relax when the zookeepers were playing with kintaro. She even took a minute to eat in peace. She had no time to relax when Momotaro was around her sons. poor Genki was exhausted all the time between trying to settle them down and protecting them from their father .😀😀😀😀😂
