    I admire your ingenuity, this is certainly a creative solution. However, the results do seem to be uneven and unpredictable. I realize that the use of very thin razor blades was only for demonstration purposes, but notice how the blade closest to the anode (-) has turned by the end of your test? By this point in the video it has undergone the most heating, as well as suffered many poor weld - not a criticism, just pointing out that those first several welds are quite uneven. So, the many cycles of heating, plus the burn-throughs and carbonized welds build off each other until by the end of the experiment you can see that particular blade glowing red hot. In the future, consider moving the anode (-) closer to the point where you intend to weld, it will likely lead to more consistent, more predicable, more controllable, and thereby better quality spot welds. Understand that it is no replacement for proper spot welding equipment, but it's still a fun experiment, well done :)
