It’s hard to know what is truth and what is fiction when talking about what goes on in North Korea. And, as the saying goes, most of the time with this country, the truth is much stranger. These are 10 confessions of North Korean women that will shook you.
Most of the time when you are preparing for your wedding day, you think it’s a day that you can celebrate yourself and your significant other. Sadly, that isn’t the case for North Korean couples. They not only have certain days they can’t get married, but they also have to praise their leaders on their special day.
In many cultures, women are either homemakers or breadwinners. But, in North Korea, it seems like the women of this country do both. Sadly, there are still double standards when it comes to gender roles in this secretive country. And because men don’t make a lot of money with their government assigned jobs, women have to take matters into their own hands. But, they still can’t get the respect they deserve, even in their own households.
Speaking of respect, a woman who deflected the hermit country confessed that the military has a dirty secret. But, you have to check out the video to see exactly what she came clean about. We’ll also talk about the no bicycling law for women, how they aren’t allowed to wear pants, and how there are no love stories in the country. I’m assuming they were meaning in the military but they should’ve clarified. If you look at female soldiers all are wearing the same uniform complete with the knee length skirt (tbh it’s probably because of the fact that male soldiers sexually abuse and assault female soldiers daily there and usually the higher up are doing it the worst so they have no where to go for help)

Harry McNicholas the North Korea has banned fertilizer. Soil does go bad, fertilizer is made to put back original nutrients in the soil and to help more plant to regrow.
Sure having fertilizer alone won't help crops grow completely but keeping your country's soil habitable for local crops (at least half of the percentage).
NK will unlikely uplift this banned because in their country the government makes no mistakes.

I attended a school abroad where most of my classmates were North Korean. The women were impressive, the men ...not so much. The women dressed like 1950's stewardesses. The men all wore nondescript gray suitcoats. The women waited on the men (and the teacher) head and foot. The North Koreans all stayed together and did everything as a team. The students reported on each others' activities at their embassy every weekend. One woman recounted how her parents had forgotten her birthday but her comrades had remembered, concluding that the Party was closer than family. All wore buttons depicting Kim Il-song. I completely befuddled them once by asking for a button of my own. Pass up a chance to propagandize on behalf of the regime, or run the risk of giving a button to a possible American "spy?" After a few weeks, they declined my request. Poor, benighted people, I wish them well.
The party line is their leader is a god, and most of the common people believe it, willing to starve to death or kamikaze themselves in wars they can't win.
