@@blacksun751when I was 16 I went through an "ugly phase" (basically i lost my bones to a great extend and got severe brutal acne+ i was a little fat at 20% bodyfat) which made me repulsive to look at. Luckily it went away and im back to normal except for the acne which is still an issue but it will go away in a couple of months. Im not kidding when i say that looks is everything. Even my casual day to day interactions were hell. Cold one word responses and generally unpleasant encounters with people. The worst part is that I 've been good looking my entire life and that sudden shift was brutal. I cant cope with personality and charisma bullshit literally every girl that ever wanted me was because of my face and my face only.

Exercise combined with that will give higher testesterone, it ofc depends on the genetic base, but if you want your kids to be 8s you can have alot of power to do that, if they have good eye area or even decent, there is a chance, because orthodentics will 95% work... Beauty is mainly random. It is inherenting the right traits from both parents. Ive saw many unattractive couples who had children who grew up to be stunners and attractive couples who had kids who grew up average or unattractive. Remember we all also carry traits we don't visually express. Some kids look like one parent, others a mix and others don't look like like either parent cause they are expressing dormant genes. I would say we wont all be beautiful until designer babies. Also our food is pumped with hormones so there is no way humans in the west are healthier then those in the 60s, even though our youth is really tall (more hormones in the food then other things). Most people are also average looking so we will remain overall average unless only the attrctive are allowed to breed and that doesn't guarantee their kids will grow up to be attractive.

Damn, seeing those kids reminds me of how actually beautiful i was until like age of 8-9 when i started mouth breathing because nose breathing kinda hurt. My face literally turned to shit during 9-17 because of it.
