Oh I think you are quite underselling how much progress they made. I want you to rewatch their initial collabs and then this one. Luna was completely on defense and caught in her princess persona in the past. This kind of teasing exchange where Luna just goes on the offensive is incredibly new. And Matsuri originally wasn't tsundere, she was just using reverse psychology to tease Luna. At this point she is legitimately conflicted and embarrassed sometimes.
