Thanks to the wide range of accessories, the machine can be adapted perfectly to different PV-systems and operation sites - with excellent cost-performance ratio. Most significant change is the second brush that can be installed optionally. Customers can choose between two sizes; 90 cm and 130 cm as well as a different brush fill materials for perfect dirt removal. Thanks to the new option of offset positioning of brushes, a remarkable cleaning width of up to 2.40 m can be achieved. Easy handling, fast and optimum cleaning results. Cleaning is done by water and the rotating cleaning brush (400 rpm) only. The operator moves the machine precisely over the panels via radio remote control, without any physical stress. Depending on the degree of soiling, hyCLEANER® SOLAR facelift can be moved at different adjustable speeds. The machine is powered by proven and tested lithium-ion batteries; no need to have access to electrical current. Operating pressure is between 2 and 8 bar. Driving pads are made of slip-resistant material and guarantee an optimal grip on wet surfaces. The hyCLEANER® SOLAR facelift can be drive on panels of up to 25° inclination angle and can cross maintenance walkways and gaps between the panels of up to 30 cm. If necessary, the machine can be fastened additionally by cabels. There are seven fixing points, which guarantee flexible and safe working. Due to the driving pads, the weight of the machine is optimally distributed to the surface. The load always remains below the allowed snow and wind loads for solar panels. Thanks to the modular construction, it is possible to transport the machine in individual components. hyCLEANER® SOLAR facelift can be assembled on the job site without the need of any tools.
