There's many seasons in life, girlfriend. My parents started from absolute scratch. Sure they have a house, have had it for almost 50 years, it's long paid off. They even built an extension to our house to accommodate me and my disability; so I could have my own space and studio/apartment. I could have had government housing, but my parents wouldn't have it. They went through some hard times, and so did I, but you know what? Money issues do not last. It gets better as you go. It's tough in the beginning, it always is, but there will come a time where others will envy you for what you have, and have gathered financially. They forget that you have "history" in that sense and that it doesn't just come to you. Beware of those people!!! Anyway, good luck. I think you are doing amazing. Best of luck in the New Year. Wow 🎉great congratulations with your achievement...I feel you. I lived in the Netherlands and came back to the Dutch Caribbean after 19 years. I have a Bachelor in Social work..now working as a elementary school teacher that I studied partly in The Netherlands and the rest in Aruba. In the Caribbean we are limited where content creation and other stuff is concern. I am.working also on ways of making more money...buying a land and building a house is expensive indeed. I'm now in the process of buying a land...hopefully next year I will pay it off. I started in 2020...the only thing is the 5% interest rate but with Gods help I will make it. Thank you for sharing your story i feel so inspired.❤
