What Silva does is magical. Before his injury he was in great form, since coming back he has been even better. He is so underrated.

every time i watch him play he surprises me with his class. simply amazing! he's the type of player so many teams lack right now. that one midfielder that you just can't seem to take the ball of off him, he never loses the ball. you only see this kind of vision and ball control in xavi and iniesta. Astonishing !

Added to favourites. Such a great player that really makes the team tick, and yet his quiet brilliance is rarely mentioned. The last 2 seasons he's been slightly quiet and overshadowed by Mata (from a chelsea fan), but this season his class has shown through :)

I feel God could try to emulate Silva's vision, awareness and passing range and fail miserably! he is one of a kind, for me he's better than Xavi and Iniesta, that's just my opinion!

Amazing vid. Why doesn't everyone make videos like you, most ppl do a 3 minute video mostly of celebrations, player coming out of tunnel, close up on the players nostril, a million replays ect, whilst you just show best footage after best footage.

The football have a lot a players, and a few football players, Silva is one of the few. Valencia CF mises very much Silva, what a great football player we had...pleasure to watch him.
p.s. Valencia's academy needs to create more of such talented players.

thanks for the comment, and for this video I got match compilations of Silva from the links in my description. For other players there are comps of them such as Silva vs xxx, however for other players there are barely any so its really hard to make videos unless we take more time searching for clips or even downloading full games and extracting their highlights from them (I've done for some of my videos)
One of the few long videos on RUclips that I watched till the end with ease. Such a great video! The only thing I disliked about it is that it ended haha.
Silva's been outstanding this season and if he stays injury-free, he'll be able to maintain his current momentum.
Btw, I've got a question. Why don't you download the uncropped versions of my comp? (you can get better quality in that way)
haha thanks bro ,I think after a while I got 2 seasons worth of comps I''ll make a ultimate skills video, also I'm not sure :S I should download them in the future, also because I got a program on Firefox that batch downloads all RUclips videos on a certain page with one click and at HD quality - instead of downloading each video individually if you know what I mean, with that said this is possible because of all your hard work you put in all year round :') !!!!!

Somehow this guy is STILL underrated. In terms of his role as a match controlling/creative midfielder I rate only Iniesta, Xavi and maybe Pirlo high than him.
I know man, this guys ability to create space, and change the tempo of the game is unbelievable. Its as if time slows down when Silva has the ball no one can touch him, otherwise he will glide or twist & turn past them. Iniesta, Xavi + Pirlo are all genius's and Silva deserves to be mentioned amongst them...
IMO, Man city bought six players who, built their club and made it like it is today. Joe Hart, Kompany, Zabaleta, Yaya touré, Aguero and David Silva. Their consistence at the top level bring their club at the top and it remained there since. (Arsenal supporter).
