the interviewer does have the knowledge to ask the right questions, however the way he does his interview.. its distracting and does not allow the information to flow for the viewer.

It's like the interviewer is interviewing himself. Jacob clearly seemed relented to speak. The interviewer should only ask short questions and let the watchmakers talk. Then have a segment with his closing thoughts. Forcing his thoughts into the interview is harsh to watch.

So interesting to hear what Jacob has to say. However, personally I think you need to work on your interviewing skills, I think you should listen a bit more to the interviwee and show more interest to them when they're talking.
