King NEVER preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ! He was a Civil Rights Leader! And I am an ELDERLY BLACK woman who vividly remembers seeing and hearing his speeches on TV and radio, saw his writings at the COLGATE DIVINITY COLLAGE in Rochester, NY! He denied the virgin birth of Jesus, denied His Deity, believed in Mahatma Ghandi, Greek philosophy and politics! He was a womanizer, and never taught the Bible!
@@jayonnaj18 It seems you have never heard his sermon "The Drum Major instinct" or "The Road to Jericho"....In the Road to Jericho, King clearly teaches about The Good Samaritan which is part of the gospel of Jesus Christ...And in the Drum Major Instinct he closes it out with one of the most moving and enduring word pictures of our Savior's life Ive ever heard ...The deeds of a great man far outweigh his humans flaws which you yourself also have...King David slept with Bathsheba but is remembered for having slayed Goliath.... Solomon had 700 wives and 300 concubines but was the wisest and richest king in history...People criticize King and have never had to face down an angry white mob, never had their house firebombed, or had a burning cross on their front lawn, or were stabbed in the chest with a letter opener...They've never made the ultimate sacrifice but have the audacity to pass judgement on those who have... Unbelievable!!! Smh
Oh yeah and people criticizing King also never knew the eerie feeling of having multiple phone calls at 2 and 3 in the morning with some stranger leaving death threats
