You hold down/back while doing jab, jab, short and during the animation for the short you input up/back + punch. That is basically the only way to explain it, the rest is just muscle memory.
can someone help he. i cant do the combo cr. jab cr. jab cr. short headbutt. its either i do it too early and it doesnt work or i do it too late and its not a 4 hit combo.....help

you are hitting the jabs too fast, which causes the jabs to "cancel" into each other, so you need to slow down your jabs so they link. HB willonly come out after linked jabs
