    Good vid.
My Stag has two lugs that stick out on the lip of the well it sits in, (behind back seat upright) that catch on the "window" when folded. I made two teflon wedges that glue on under the "lip" that makes it a ramp, rather than a "tag" it can catch on. Worked for me.
The best advice I can give anyone is take your time folding your roof. When I do it I walk from side to side to ensure it is stowed properly, and have never had a problem. It takes a minute to fold, seconds to deploy.
Even better advice - NEVER EVER let anyone else fold your roof, always do it yourself. No one has touched my roof in 30 years, apart from ONCE. I left it somewhere with someone to look after for a few hours; roof was up. When I came back, roof was down. And they trapped it. I was FURIOUS. Roof was wafer thin, so I was about to buy a new one anyway, but that is not the point. If others touch it, they may not be aware of how it can fold/trap. Do it yourself.

That was a handy tip about the vinyl protecting strips, will have to check my car.
