Nice shot! Nice bow! 300 grains up front... Used to be I would doubt my choice of a 200 grain Grizzly broad-head on a cedar shaft when it seemed that everyone was using 125 grain broad heads. For years I had wanted to use Grizzly broad heads, but could not sharpen them. Then, one day I tried an idea that popped into my head and boy did it work well! Instead of trying to sharpen the single sided bevel, I very lightly filed the back side. Wow, that was really sharp! Never turned back after that.
Nice! I haven’t tried grizzly’s yet but they look gnarly. I might tote woodies in the quiver this coming season. I’d love to take my 2nd deer with a wooded arrow. Probably 190grain. Thanks for watching!
Let me look it up I’ve never heard of it, I usually advise people to start with a black Hunter Longbow 40 pounds should be perfect.. got my buddy Wang shooting for two months now and he’s loving his. 600 spine black eagle outlaws are flying good for him. Trimmed down to 29” with a 175 grain point.
Just looked at the sparrow, it’s saying 89 bucks.. not a bad deal at all I just haven’t really heard about them so I don’t know if it’s gonna blow up on you in six months! It might work great but my advice would just be to spend the extra 50 bucks and get the black Hunter unless you find a bunch of good reviews on the sparrow. Let me know what you decide on!
Had some turkeys and a doe come through. Public land, I’ve got droppings and a rub I’m sitting over. Maybe next time! Hope you had a good Christmas forest
Sick setup bro. Love it
Thanks!
Deadly shooting bro!😁

That’s right! I feel very confident with my hunting bows out to 20 maybe 25. I just need to become a better woodsman. Thanks for watching! ✌️
Whats your total arrow grain weight?
That arrow is somewhere around 575 grains.
Thanks for watching!
Good shooting 🎯 I was trying to find a cheap trad bow on Amazon, any thoughts on the sinoart sparrow?
