"I once killed a man with a toaster and a high-heeled shoe... Without even being in the same room."
Technically he killed two men
"i shot a man to death with a toaster!"
the world of supervillainy is pretty whacky
for anyone wondering, the guild amputated limbs arms and legs without realising he had the ability to control them telepathically.
Wolfencreek
Wolfencreek i think limbs blew off at the fighht.shorleave even found the penis and kept it...can he feel his amputated limbs?
rodger so Al may of found it, it could of been part of his limb, he lost two limbs and the castration is up in air like book Theon's.
Wait, if he can feel his amputated limbs, and shoreleave found his penis....oh my god. ew.
Dr. Girlfriend was pinned under PL's leg and Al found his arm. You can see that from the fact that he's missing two limbs in. Never understood why everyone thinks it's his penis... only his limbs were deformed. Also if PL'S penis is that long then there's no way that dr. Girlfriend would have left him lol
Phantom Limb must be a dream come true for a professional animator.
Animators: So wait. This guy doesn’t consistently have visible hands?
Writers: Yeah…
*cuts to dust ball of animators fighting over the one who gets to do it*
Although one of the coolest moments is when the lights are out at the Impossible tower and he scares doc by giving a villainous speech while his limbs are flashing and you see his arteries flashing. It's a pretty cool scene
Took me a sec to figure out it was his detached arm doing this and not that his stuff was actually sentient.
Although, it being the universe that it is, I can't fault you for thinking that at first lol
I think everyone assumed that was what was happening the first time they watched it.
It took me YEARS to understand that lol.
I never put the two together until now...
Well his limbs aren't "detached" but...yeah thought that was obvious
In Watch and Ward's defense, that bug was freakishly large.
I mean it's the guild, it's would be weird if there where small bugs.
To this day, I can't figure out if stress paranoia and rapid suffering made Phantom Limb completely and utterly bonkers, if this all was an act to play the others like a fool, or how much of it was legit unhinged but with a bit of awareness.
I'm willing to bet that his pride was the driving force for his entire career in organized villainy. It drove him to try and follow in his father's footsteps, but he was rejected because his disfigurement. This made him pursue higher education and funding in order to make The Machine that constructed his invisible limbs. His continued narcissism drove away Sheila, the woman he wanted to share a life with, right into the hands of Malcolm The Mighty Monarch, a man he underestimated wildly, which led to the say he desided to take her back AND become the new sovereign. The Battle Of Cremation Creek.
He was always batshit insane. His struggles just made it more apparent.
I assumed it was a bit of both -- that he leaned into going bonkers in order to use it to his advantage.
If they came back and said seasons 5, 6, and 7 special were all hallucinated by Phantom Limb it would probably be acceptable
1:53 that toaster isnt filled with bullets, is pure malicious intent
The bullets have powder with enough heat can act like a bomb a small yet devastating blow hurts
Believe it or not, they actually brought in the same toaster from the Fallout: New Vegas DLC, Old World Blues
Don’t you mean, calamitous intent? 😏
At first when i watched this show i was like "haha invisible limbs, that is so silly, amazing parody of old campy supervillains". And then they actually turn it into something cool and useful.
"What- what are you doing?"
"I'm rubbing my hands together in evil anticipation."
Love that gag.
1:12 If you look very closely you can see Dr. Girlfriends' name has been crossed out and on top of her old name it says Dr. Mrs. The Monarch
klemperwhite @
Nice catch, especially in 360p.
johnlong765 right!!
That had to be my favorite Watch and Ward scene with the bug xD
It's one of those that fly ahhh!!!
"OMG!!!"
"what?!"
"THERES A BUG ON YOU!!!"
I laugh in real life everytime this happens, like 90% of the time it's a fly and they are ready to jump out a window lol
Fact he can control his lims without need them attach really make you question why he isn't worlds most Powerful villain
Because most people don't willingly tear off their own limbs.
Cause betrayed the guild
Ogrimmygrimgrim's comment and the fact built in tasers for hands isn't as combative as a machine gun.
The Watch and Ward scene is funnier when you remember this happened to Doc Hammer and Jackson Publick in real life.
The bug thing?
The whole juice box conversation was repeated verbatim from an argument they had
"Gentlemen! Gentlemen! Come to order. We have a movement on the floor. Councilman 2?" that is so gross
Is that a poop joke?
@@spacecore94 yes...
Why did that guard just stare at the toaster? Also, someone get the myth busters on that toaster+bullets=working gun thing.
Because he knew the toaster was going to heat the bullets which would cause them to explode.
Couldn't he have moved it so it wasn't facing him, though? It's a toaster, and those things don't heat instant, let alone unplugged.
morbo: bullets do not work that way good night!
They would explode, but not like that.
@@mckenzie.latham91 They meant why didn't the guard run away instead of just standing there looking at it.
How phantom limbs invisible limbs came back is just like how Dr.octopus’s mechanical arms came back in the spider-man comics
I'm thinking it has more to do with the actual phantom limb syndrome that he is able to feel his limbs if they are lost
The MAN is a fruitloop!!!!!!
solidkratos963 Fruitloop like a fox!!
no, the fox IS the fruitloop!
Are we talking about Chuck or Wisdom?
Did someone say "lööp" :D ?
gramha.com/media/1843126072070369146
lol the 21 and 24 of the the guild
"ah god! its one of the ones that fly! i hate those!!"
relatable af
I think he lost them at the end of the second season. I'm just trying to figure out how he got his limbs to get back to him. They're invisible, so they could hobble towards him without anyone noticing. If he's psychically linked to them, he could direct his limbs with his mind's eye. But...
Yeah I think it's like Doc Ock and his tentacles
I like Phantom Limb's evil laugh in this.
AHH! IT'S ONE OF THOSE ONE THAT FLY! I HATE THOSE!
The mag in the toaster to heat up the bullets oh my fucking god that's hilarious
yet again the Wilhelm's scream..
WRONG. though it does sound like it KINDA, it's actually two men yelling.
Is he still alive, wilhiem i mean.does he get royaltys ? I hear this scream all the time.
@@marcusbullock630 yes… one of them being wilhelm. Do you honestly think it can’t be played with another scream along it?
1:58 The Wilhelm Scream!
Did he... Did he jizz into objects and make them do his bidding?
I thought that for a while, but I think he just remotely controlled his severed limbs.
Andrew M that would be a convenient superpower..but didnt shorleave get his penis?
Andrew M it was actually the Alchemist who got it
BEHOLD MY ARMY OF SENTIENT SOCKS AND SCRUNCHED UP TISSUES!!
Of course not, his penis got cut off and the alchemist took it remember?
Moments when Venture Bros. had serious scenes like this.
omg Dr. Z is on the Council of 13
I think it was the arm and the leg working the shoe and toaster.
Duhhhh
Chuck still proving he is the muscle
Chuck, he's the muscle.
I just like to imagine that bug was also part of Limb’s plan.
OH... MY... GOD!
Don't move, you've got a bug on you.
You would be amazed in how many movies and shows they used that scream
the only show where a toaster has the ability to shoot things
Watching a toaster open fire on someone was very amusing
Looks like that guard
...
is toast
I hate it when security confinscates my limbs
Phantom Limbs is going to escape and those two are wasting their time with a bug and not set of the alarm, man I wonder how they still kept their jobs.
They are the real sovereign, truly.
Wilhelm!
Yep! 1:59
So much for him being retired.
Were they making fun of "The Brave Little Toaster!"?
Oh my God they actually are alive *and he had a congical visit with the shoe
Armando, Lt. Shankley
stop at 1:12 and read so many names you can
It took me awhile to figure out how all of this went down.
That last scene lmao
Honestly my favourite Watch and Ward scene too
Wait, come again? A movement on the floor? What'd a wandering dog take a shit? Then get the janitor 😒
1:55 i think the correkt slund would be 30 rounds get fired at same time
Anyone else notice that all the councilmen are cartoon characters?
Jamal Mamba more than they already are
Well, I get that... I'm just wondering the "how" part of that.
Wow. 10 years ago
wait did this guy give names to his limbs
In fairness, he also talks to coffee cups and fucks shoes. I'm pretty sure there's a pattern, and it's that he's weird af
Thats a great Beard.
(its one of those that fly!!) lol
Wilhelm scream
(Facepalm) OH DAMMIT!! Why the hell am I just putting that together now?! "Phantom Limb," as in... aw geez! I'm an idiot D:
AGrayPhantom what
@@ireneshelton3661 phantom limb syndrome is where people with missing limbs think they feel their non existant limb
So when the video ends, we have a faded out dead guy in the screen. Wtf, lol.
lol shoe pwned
Lt. Schenkli :D Schenkel is german for thigh or the upper leg :D
The suite is missing a key feature anti Brock Simpson counters
For a moment ward didn't have a gravelly(sp?) voice
I... I don't even have words.
Ward and watch are so funny
I also just realised that
Watch and ward the best henchmen
This could have all been avoided if those drawers had, oh idk....A LOCK ON THEM
They lock automatically if you ever owned one. But can be opened from the inside rather easily.
Wait how are his limbs invisible if he has his prison uniform tied at all limbs
He lost one arm and leg after the Battle of Cremation Creek. The remaining ones were amputated when he was captured by the guild and kept in his files. Those two are what reattach to Limb at the end of the video. Before they returned, he had no limbs.
BRILLIANT!!!!!
He gives names to his limbs?
My question is, how did he rip his jumpsuit?
Okay, I'll bite. HOW THE HELL DID HE DO THAT?!
telekinesis
AGrayPhantom his arm and leg manipulating the objects
People Care! #SaveTheVentureBros
WE GOT A MOVIE ON THE WAY
Lol! Did he take a shit before escaping?
He detcahed his arms and legs somhow?
Guild tried to make him a quadruple amputee
How did those limbs move by themselves in objects?
Telepathy
@@quartzskull8772 They look like they have minds of their own, and they have codenames.
@@darkd4489 you don't seem to understand how insane this guy is
@@quartzskull8772 You call calling his limbs Armondo and Leftenet Shankly insane? It's just weird.
@@darkd4489 also calling a shoe he stole from monarchs gf lady nightshade
Wait, where are his other two limbs?
After the Battle of Cremation Creek, where he and a bunch of others were in an explosion, he lost them. One of em landed on Dr. Girlfriend.
gee when this debutted seems so very unfamiliar
I have so many questions!
I'm not... XD
As funny as this was, it doesn't even begin to explain his new abilities!! Why can his limbs detach???
It's more likely the Guild amputated his remaining limbs after they imprisoned him (after he lost two in an earlier episode), and that he can control them telepathically (they were what made the shoe and the toaster move).
how!?
My man phantom limb shouldve been called the Phantom nugget
666th like
Not funny.
Second again!
