I didn’t know that Gil Melle did the Sixth Million Dollar 💵 Man 👨 🎵 music?Some people have told me;that this was;’a campy series?’But,I thought 💭 this was;a pretty,good,show from Hollywood,California.They don’t make good show’s like this,anymore!Another show that I liked was;Medical Center!It was made in 1968,and,it went on until nineteen seventy five.This was a good,show,too!The actor Chad Everett passed away in 2008,and,I believe,it was;spring of that year?It must’ve been in a Hollywood Reporter magazine?Never the less,cheer’s here!😊😊😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤

I came across this music when I bought the VHS of the pilot movie and now know every frame of this TV movie and music score. Sad, maybe but what a score; he sums up TSMDM perfectly before the Nelson theme music became associated with the series. Have the first season on DVD now plus the three TV movie from which this is my favourite.

thanks, sorry I did not get back to you. Gil's interpretation of the movie couldn't be better. I don't think Nelson's later score that we are all familiar with would have worked on this movie despite being enormously popular.

Thanks LO. Got a real kick out of reading your comment. It also caused me to rewrite the description of the video as I did not know it was Oliver Nelson's music. IMBD only list Gil Melle as the composer. Perhaps you can clarify for me if any of Gil Melle's music is even in this video. I want to make sure I have the correct composers in the description.
Hi Fish Man, no it's my mistake. I was thinking (and still hope) you would put some videos for some episodes. The pilot is only by Gil Melle... but the regular show theme and score is scored by Oliver Nelson. Sorry!! Happy new year!
I would love to put together some videos from episodes of The Six Million Dollar Man, unfortunately, except for the 1973 TV movie I just did, I can't find a single full episode of The Six Million Dollar Man on RUclips. And I don't have the series in my private collection. Mr Fish Man,this is awesome,you know I remember as a kid growing up I would take a tape recorder and put it as close to the speaker as possible to record a lot of the action music but man thanks to you its all here with no background noise or no distractions. can you do the Beyond westworld music theme?? They had 2 themes from the t.v. piolot and then from the regular series.

That's fine . Sometimes the music from the DVD is better than the scores on the actual soundtrack.
Thats a shame you can't do bionic woman. I would love the return of bigfoot with six million and bionic woman music mixed. The ending of that episode is on youtube. Used to have the game in which you have as your screen thanks for posting all that you could for Six Million Dollar man. It sounds great.

Hi Mark. Thanks for the link. The problem is that I have to be able to download the video in order to extract the music which I can't do from that website. Also I've moved on to other projects. After working on a hundred episodes of Six Million Dollar Man I'm kind of burned out on Six Mill. and Bionic Woman extraction projects. Sorry. The Joe Harnell link was pretty interesting. Lots of good Bionic Woman background music there. Right now I'm working on "The Prisoner" TV series. Should be ready in about a week. Best wishes. Fish Man
Hey Fish Man, I love the music from the Six Million Dollar Man. You've done a great job with these extractions. The only problems I've found with the pilot soundtrack is that it plays slow. Perfectly on pitch but slow. Then again, I haven't played it from my laptop yet. I understand some music had to be edited out due to dialogue and sound effects. Some of my favorite parts of the soundtrack are not on here. What surprised me was the omission of the final action music in the finale. But still, a great job. Any plans to extract music from Wine, Women and War and Solid Gold Kidnapping? Or maybe the Bionic reunion movies? It would be neat if you do episodes of the Incredible Hulk TV series. Again, great job with the music. Two thumbs up!!
