We are living in postmodern time period so sir I would say it's possible to do so definitely and it may be right decision ofcourse parliament because today's truth can be false tomorrow and today's false can be truth tomorrow...it was possible... isn't it?
If wo look upon the historical aspects That Montesquieu developed the notion of separation of power which is on political point of view is good, So this amendment will perish this concept and just use these powers to hold its government 💕 and also 😢 they demolished the sup moto power of supreme court which is clearly violation of fundamental rights if someone indulged in difficult situation..
i think these all are wrong process in the selection of honorable chief justice of Pakistan, we should select a chief justice on the basis of best settlements not experience. if select on the basis of experience again the name some selected person will come
