Although the video is 4 yrs old. This is the first video I have seen that doesn’t just say to follow an app. It’s nice to know the basics first and it spoke some about a train line having multiple final destinations. A shot of the station signage showing the destinations would help also. Thanks
Glad that you enjoyed the video. If you haven't done so already, you can hopefully check out our back catalogue of virtual London tours ruclips.net/user/FreeToursbyFootLondonvideos. There is more of Sinead where this came from.
As a Londoner this seems very good advice. Just a note - you may possibly not need an Oyster Card these days. You can use some American contactless bank cards too. Apple Pay and Google Pay also work - just make sure to have your phone ready (and unlocked if necessary) before you get to the gate to avoid delaying other people. If in doubt about where to go ask someone - most of us are happy to help and we're used to tourists. Despite appearances and stories we're pretty friendly but kind of reserved until you talk to us..
Excellent explanation of the London Tube. As a dyed-in-the-wool Londoner, I always get confounded by the District Line (green) and the Bakerloo Line (brown). I've used the Tube all my life 😁

you buy it in shops when you get there. they usually have a sign/poster outside . Also nowadays if you a have contact less card it works the same as an oyster card
@@MR94JOKER oh right yeah the national rail stations they're kinda irrelevant here and are not obvious on the tube map but some people rely on these zones

Glad point to see that all the time-lapse clips of Subway(Tube) are from Seoul! :)

you buy it in shops when you get there. they usually have a sign/poster outside . Also nowadays if you a have contact less card it works the same as an oyster card
Only if you want the visitor oyster card. Those have to be purchased in advance.
omg this taught me so much this vid was the best🥰🥰🥰🥰💕💕
extra note: dont look or glance at bald albanian men wearing white nikes on the tube
Jesus guys what a time bomb. Some of those maps are from 2005. Careful which ones you use!
*there is 9. not 6.
9 what? If you're talking zones, there are 6
@@misst.e.a.187 9 zones. Chesham is in 9
Yeah there are definately 9 zones, look at amersham and chesham in the top left of the tube map.👍
some misinformation and useless information imo
