If there's no indicator stalk in the US/Canada then that's a hard pass from me. Indicator buttons solely on the wheel present beyond usability frustration, they pose a hazard in many steering + indicating situations. The new 2025 Model Y (in Canada at least) is being shipped with the stalk, whereas the Model X and 3 that production seems to be ahead of the Y, do not have it. Hopefully that's a sign Tesla has changed course following what I gather is significant user feedback (as informed by the main Tesla showroom here).
It is unclear what they will do, it doesn't seem very Tesla to bring back an indicator stalk, maybe it will be an option like the yoke is on the Plaid.
I disagree, I regularly switch from Highland’s buttons on the wheel and cars with stalks, and once you get used to use your both hands, left hand for small turns, right hand placed either on the bottom or on the right depending on the situations, for round abouts (for example), to always have a hand right on the button when you need it, I find it easier with buttons on the wheel, as one or your finger is always at one flick to press the button, while with stalks it regularly, particularly on round abouts, required to move back the left hand from where it is to turn the wheel to where is the stalk. So no, there is no more hazard with buttons than with stalk, once you get used to it and made the effort to have you muscle memory to be trained to have your hands always on an appropriate position to always have a finder next to the button.
I bought Tesla M3 Highland at the very end of 2024 to get all the Fed & state incentives & Tesla discount-more to get rid off/trade in my old car -the whole intention is to buy the Juniper. Juniper looked awesome!
I took a trip to San Diego last weekend with my Ford Mustang Mach E, and all the public chargers were broken or out of service, I though I had to tow my Mustang back home in Los Angeles until I got one charger worked. My next EV will never be from any brand but Tesla.
Honestly, I would not call it all new. Tiny changes here and there does not make for a big update. Good for them that they did it but if I had a model Y already, the upgrades would not make me upgrade my car.
This car or any electric vehicle is useless in emergency scenario like what we saw in LA fires. Shame on electric technology. It can literally kill you and family.
I never liked tesla model y and 3. There is no interior - it is like a screen and steering wheel. Chinese people call it cheap car 😂. They dont buy Tesla in China. Tech wise still most superior than any competitor

I am sure that’s super annoying!

You can use Tesla chargers now with non-Tesla cars at certain locations and with the adaptor. The Tesla app shows you the locations.

The indicator stock is absolutely necessary in Europe with our lots of roundabouts!! YEA it's a facelift and not new car!!
I agree.
price?
I want a Rivian but not sure if it is as good as Tesla.
I think Rivian are fantastic cars and in some ways better than Tesla depending on personal preference.
Congrats! Model Y now looks more like the BYD Atto SUV.
It does!
The front is ugly.
@@SelectiveSocial401 you have a old model y huh
@stonkytong I don't have a Tesla.
@SelectiveSocial401 what do you drive
Have you seen it in person? If not, It’s always much better in person than in videos.
Come on, 68,000 for strip lights and a front camera every car has that this is a joke im going with the ev6. SMH waited for nothing.
Check out my EV6 video and I’ll have a new review of the face lifted version in February.
Its just a facelift!

Bland design, disappointed
@@jp_0415lol try designing your own, maybe give Tesla some competition, you got this I believe in you!

Then, what can you recommend that is also an electric car?
@JohnDeLeon28 buy a European car. 💪
