New Home in Las Vegas by TriPointe Homes at Citrine | Plan 2 This one loos very modern from the street. I like this look. I usually prefer the southern options but, this looks like it could work. I like the notion of the courtyard at the front. It makes it seem very lux. WOW, the entry is really awesome! I love the railing on the stairs, that just adds to the whole look. It seems like a good idea to opt for the 1st floor bedroom even if you use it for an office… you’d have a full bathroom (which I really like that notion). I think I’d choose to add the fireplace in the living room. All the homes we see that in just look more homey. I really like the kitchen and, that extended island is a must-do, for sure. I think that makes this kitchen. I’m pretty sure I’d opt of the extended cabinets in lieu of the desk area in the kitchen. I like the size of the pantry, very usable. Yea, I really like this kitchen! I do like the dining area, it’s located next to the kitchen which I really like. If needed, it looks like you could add seating for holiday meals. I only wish that it had one of those three-car garages with the extended space but, it’s not a deal breaker. I would certainly have the ee-pox-ee on the floors in the garage. The stairs in plan 3 are quite stunning. The stairs here are quite nice too… I think the design of the plan 3 starts wouldn’t work well in this layout so… it’s very nice in this layout. I like the loft area, that would make a great movie-watching area. I’m loving the 2ndary bedrooms and 2ndary bathroom. Very welcoming (and efficient). I like walking out of the bedrooms and have that view of the Grand Entry. And now the Primary. It’s very nice (it seems a bit smaller than other homes but, not in a bad way) and looks like there’s room for, at least, a king size bed. Beautiful vanity in the bathroom (I would surely take your advice and tile that whole wall). I prefer the spa shower, it’s all ready to fancify. The closet is workable with some creative closet cabinetry. I’d prefer to get it empty so I could get a luxury 3rd party closet setup. This back yard is really nice! Personally, I’m not a fan of those squares mixed with the turf, I’d prefer just one or the other (I’d choose turf). I don’t know if I’d have a fire place but, I would do an extreme outdoor kitchen. Ok, summing this all up. This is a beautiful home. The floor plan is unique to the Plan 3 but, it’s very functional and I think it’s very well laid out. The options for this floor plan make tons of sense and, I think, add a lot of value to this home. I don’t find any real negative points with this one. I think they’re delivering a lot of value for the price and, there’s so many awesome possibilities to create an amazing home here. I know I could make an awesome home with this place.
