If GoI antagonizes Russia for any reason, and Russia does not veto for India (as Soviet Union did more than once in the past and saved India), then the UN Security Council may even send its peace keeping forces to Jammu and Kashmir to cause implementation of those plebiscite resolutions - not totally impossible.

There statements, true or untrue, both cases , court must give another way out to the prosecuted and not hear only those who have filed FIR, that seems groupism with those who fir'ED. Court must give another chance to those out of court and out of any possibility of prison to those and make both understand that these kind of seditions may not be repeated and this judgement is the basis of not repeating the sedition and is proactive to stop sedition against integrity also the possibilities in the sedition statements must be allowed as imaginative, as freedom of speech and not any legal statement affidavit etc also the fact that these are no officials and their statements are immatured . The cases must be rejected after taking written signed before the judge and court as not to be repeated again. It also seems that old cases such as these must not even be fought as times were different then and now, because, now no body would say such things. There can be different opinions about why anybody does think separation is right and why the whole country thinks it is not as times were different then. Please do not gather any more attention about this or such cases as sedition.
