What Bluetooth unit have you got? As mine recognise phone but don't want to connect. Unit you can find under driver or passenger seat.
Hi, sorry but that Passat got sold few months ago so ubfortunately I can't answer your question
@@QuiteAlright ok thanks
I have the same problem in a golf 6😅
Martí Pallàs Jané did you get it fixed I’m having the same issue
Ur a genius

This button is not working
You might have a burnt fuse, start from there
And my phone dont find this car bluetooth, any ideas?
@@taunzik I think that once you click that phone button on the steering wheel, than the car will start broadcasting. Unfortunately I don't have that Passat anymore so I can't give you a better answer
Mine too
@@QuiteAlright what is the fuse to remplace please
Thanks a lot
You are very welcome
Hey, when im pressing that phone button my radio just goes to mute mode. Any solutions? Vw CC 2013
Hi, never encountered that problem but I did some research and found some people saying that phone button works as mute button if there is no Bluetooth module installed meaning car is not equipped with Bluetooth. Other people say it is a "glitch" and needs to be reset / updated by the vw dealership or you can try disconnecting the battery for 15 min. Hope this helps
I got that part to connect but the music still wont connect?
Hmmm you can try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting to see if that resets it. You can try the same with radio fuses. If nothing works you might need a software update
Mine doesn’t say new user
Thanks
Welcome
After i connect it my phone sim card goes off i cant make any call and use handsfree can somebody help me with that
Hmmm that's really unusual. It would probably be some kind of problem with your phone
Mine doesn’t give me a code and says my phone is already connected and then the Bluetooth doesn’t work
Hmmm I would try to "reset" the software. Disconnect battery for 15 min and then connect and try again. If it doesn't work try to connect a different phone. If different phone doesn't work software might have to be updated
What if the steering wheel buttons don't work
Hmm hard to say without looking at the vehicle. Could be a fuse problem, wiring problem or even failed airbag clock spring
@@QuiteAlright I got lucky. I went into Bluetooth pairing mode password was 0000 so I got in.
On my phone settings I mean
@@brucewayne-ej3cx Glad to hear that
Where are the USB connections located?
It depends on the trim level and equipment of your Passat. Lower trims don't have one, highline has it inside the glow box
Je n'arrive pas
