Faulty Ribbons , you will need to replace ribbons and and any adder cards with the Black Plug, any grey 3M plug ribbons and cards should be fine. If it’s every 4th zone in trouble it’s a ribbon problem. Your welcome lol.
I'm sure faulty ribbons would give you similar issues, however it wasn't every 4th zone in trouble. Also ever since the new board has been in, there have been no troubles with this system. Thanks for the feedback.
