    Back in 2022 when Btc was at its cycle low, people were saying Btc is done for it's going below $15k US it's going to zero. Well it's down 10% from mid March ath 2024 and now everyone is shitting themselves. That doesn't make any logical sense especially for crypto.Its just a shake out phase, chill people go zoom out at old charts. We are at around 1.4 trillion market cap and only growing, just wait and see the price next year in March it will double....I've been engaged in active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 12Bitcoin....I'm especially grateful to Dorian j Townsend, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

      4 years ago, I was living paycheck to paycheck, working 40 hours a week. I was a high school dropout with a GED and had a 489 credit score, along with an eviction, repossession, and collections. I got into real estate but encountered unqualified clients who couldn't qualify for a mortgage due to their credit. I found this home-based business here on RUclips, and it just made sense.

      I was skeptical at first until I decided to try. Its huge returns are awesome. I can't say much.I am joyful because it has been in existence since I started in the year 2018.

    I think they never calculated indexation benifit property purchase after 2024

      Bhaven, if i am right , probably you have missed out to mention the recent amendment to LTCG tax bill which FM declared after lots of mass uproar on removal of indexation on property.. the amendment has now allowed the seller to choose old method of 20% tax (with indexation) or new method of 12.5% tax (without indexation), on a sale of property, which was acquired before 23 july 2024.
