    I love these interviews - Niki is so straight talking and Graham doesn't hesitate to ask difficult questions

    • @McQuokka
      @McQuokka 7 лет назад +5

      Inver Darroch so true plus Graham has a sort of polite demeanour about him so the the interviewee feels obliged to answer (although Niki never needs prompting to give his opinion:-)).

      Another element that helps ofcourse, is that they talk about the past.

      Actually, it shows Bernie is not as big of an a**hole as people think. When Nikki outsmarted him by leveraging a sponsor, Bernie did not get angry, he complimented Nikki's clever negotiating tactics, paid the money, and they moved on.

      He's been doing this to drivers , teams and Promoters for decades .
      He pays government of Inferance and uses that get money from everybody.
      He's narrow easaped justice due to paying people off , he was to grimy to Escape from germany to brazil om his jet it Convicted but knew he wasn't some how and so turned up to court .
      The amount of time is got away with breaking the law on deals is too many .
      He's a crook that's taken billions out for sport and wants a cut of everything even when he's not included like the Pochse engine deal .
      During the 80s he took money from known crooks to get teams in for pyramid schemes, money laundering.
      He's worked with the mafia and acts like a boss of mafia for decades with his uncutyimg , going back on deals and pocking everything, uncutting , getting the loin share .
      When teams have no choice as he had so much power .
      The sport would be better without people like him.

    • @danny355

      I assume so, ice would last about 5 minutes in the Dallas sun and the water another 30. Bernie, what a nutter, got the job done though, year after year, decade after decade, respect to him and Lauda.

      Idriss B - I think Graham positions himself well. It's meant to be about the interviewee not the interviewer. If you remember what the interviewee said or he is able to get them speaking and u forget the interviewer then he did his job 100%. He has an approachable demeanour but forgettable personality on purpose, it allows the interviewee to stand in the spotlight.

      That is because you are dim. He avoided jail by using a perfectly legal procedure in the German courts. Singlehandedly rescued F1 from collapse and built it into a global sport, got those who entered early on a decent return and allowed them to build Amazing cars and employ the best engineers and technicians. If you do all that you are going to be controversial and not always get it right. Unlike the new dimwit, he also raced and owned a successful F1 team as well.

    • @LordStanley94
      @LordStanley94 7 лет назад +5

      whatever happens happens If you did have any clue, particularly with respect to any form of racing where a driver's or co-pilots lives are on the line every nano-second, then it would shed some light for you. A driver (s) they deserve every cent they earn.
