Since all of you guys can’t make videos all together too much, I have an idea. You guys can spend a day or two at home making some outfits from your wardrobe or do diy outfits and show each other them over calls, it can also be a great video!

I also really liked that previous girls in nayva were very diverse and we need more of that. they should also use tiktok to their advantage and post on there. maybe invite certain tiktokers to judge their challenges. the other girls (if they’re up to it) should come one day and be the younger girl’s mentors. Idk I really hope this isn’t the end of nayva and we get a rebrand with fresh faces after covid-19. PAQ is great but we also need ladies to represent fashion, to show off equality.

In all seriousness though, meditation is super helpful if you're a person who relies on social interaction to cope with anxiety. It literally calms my mind down. I recommend using the meditative music available on RUclips. Stay safe y'all
