@jasontearne2334 priming over 10 times is too much prime and probably flooded the engine. Engine also sounds like it needs the two stroke mixture

Don't prime that much fuel, only 2 times pushing is enough. Also don't use to much choke, you are flooding the mower

Priming multiple times does not flood these modern electrically controlled stihl saws. The primer just circulates the old gasoline back to the tank and sucks new gasoline in.

490 or now the new 491 you can buy it from oficial Stihl stores, by the way I love the 490/491 because it as the second most pontent engine from the 510 and the light body from the 460
