One big takeaway for me is understanding every touchpoint in a funnel as a potential revenue leak-never thought of it like that before. And I never realized how critical customer research is to creating offers that truly speak to them. It makes total sense to let your audience's language guide your marketing. The risk of using lead magnets is that you are also attracting lots of freebie seekers who don't even look at the resource as they didn't have to pay for it or don't have the time. Sometimes it can be better to go straight with the call funnel instead in my experience. My audience(niche) is way to busy to go through long funnels.
