Depends how good you are and as a mad city pro from ch1 it just depends how fast you are and things to look for in a 1 hour journey like I could make 200k in a hour with out having to actually grind back in ch1 I could be on a public server and dominate it by just being fast and knowing what ur doing

U don't need skill to play as criminals, except if u play on public servers. so u don't get arrested, for cops u just need to have good aim cz of ur tazer and heroes are both but are op and most ppl use op heroes.
