For anyone thinking that you shouldn't join Agency Navigator because he's shutting down his business just know that his knowledge isn't going anywhere and he's optimizing the experience for us by focusing on AgenciFlow. He's shutting down his agency, not his agency education company.

I do remember the last step of the agency process was turning it into a private incubator where he gets a share of all the companies he advertises and when they sell their company he gets a portion of the profit. I'm kinda surprised he didn't go that route but he has been on about how unsexy the agency business is for quite some time 😅 would love some insight on his thoughts of giving up that route to pursue this one.
So the guy teaching me how to run an agency is closing his own agency because teaching me how to run my agency is more profitable than him having his own agency... interesting bro interesting

Why did you close the agency? Could you not have either sold or paid someone to do the work for you? Seems like the more logical option if your agency really is making millions.

I'm thank you for posting this I'm dealing with some really hard things right now and reading these things makes me feel like I'm still on the right track and it's just how my life is playing out. I lost both and my only grandfathers this year and I truly am trying to be the people you guys are. "Do what's most practical." That really resonated with me, because I feel like I tried it backwards. I wanted to have my own software company once, invested all this money into it but made little to no profit. But one afternoon, I decided to start an agency with what I knew as a developer, and it has made me way more money than I thought it would and has allowed me to quit my job. Biggest mistake I made in the beginning had to do with me being a perfectionist. I wanted to everything to be set up perfect, this and that, but you really have to just keep things stupid simple and actually DO

Some constructive criticism. I started using agenciflow and to be frank it was a good software I enjoyed it but I didn’t need it at the start, and I also have switched to using other platforms for a fraction of the price. I think price is slightly too high. There were also bugs in it and was kinda clunky. The whole system is a great idea and I may return when my agency is on a higher level but currently it’s just not worth it. I also think that if you took a turn towards something like Gohighlevel and had a similar model of just a shit ton of softwares in one. You could become much more desirable by the community. But thanks Iman love you bro
