When I was a kid my Tae Kwon Do instructor was basically this guy crossed with Rex (Kwon Do). We learned those "arm must be completely straight" knife defence things, and he was a former "world champion" (of the tiny organisation he was a part of)
My cousin (who is a lifelong law enforcement officer) and I, when we were teenagers, walked up the back steps to the upstairs room for the Billy Blanks karate classes. The little tiny guy who took over for Billy when he was in LA shooting movies reminds me of "Bob."

Totally came out of the blue and showed everyone you are a long way from being able to truly protect yourself or long way off as a white belt
