🚴♀If you are using this indoor cycling class workout for a stationary bike or exercise bike workout and cannot go into the standing positions, 2nd and 3rd, but would like an added challenge during these, TRY THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance here but try and keep the same cadence.

What a wicked awesome class! as I mentioned in IG, today was the second day I completed this session and with the increased resistance my legs are totally jello-like but I feel great! I really love the music selection! the bass drops at good times when you really need to stomp it out! I want to do another tomorrow after work, but will take it easy so I have a day to switch it up! Question: how do you always seem to know when my mind starts drifting??!! Off it wanders and BAM!! you say "Focus, focus!" and bring me back to the present. That was one great workout for a Tuesday morning in my living room.
No clue if you'll see this cuz it's 2 yrs old, but found you back in May 2022 when I got back on a bike for the 1st time in over 25 years. This lifelong athlete (softball, powerlifting, etc.) topped out at 275 after 2 major surgeries in 6 mos, so trying the bike again was...HARD. But here's what I really want to share. The mobility I have gained back using only my stationary and your vids since May is astronomical! The strength my legs have gained back since May is just wonderful! This plus starting NutriSystem in May, I've lost almost 30# & things are just good and I thank you! For all those that say being fat at 50 is a "death sentence"...I throw back my head and laugh. HA HA HAA! I have no clue why I shared so much, sorry. OOH...also...I shared in this workout cuz I just found it today, I ride to your most recent, and I can keep up to your rides at easily 90%. I'm just proud of myself at the moment. Sorry so long. Byyyyyye.

First 40 min ride EVER! Did everything but all the tick tocks and some of the jumps! Just started cycling at the start of January and love it so far! I injured my knee from running the bast seven years and I LOVE that you always remind us to protect our knees! I have learned so much from you already and can’t wait to work out more with you! 💜

This was a quick 40 minutes. Just what I needed between my Zoom Meetings. Let's just say that I look a little more put together BEFORE I spin with Kaleigh, so I apologize to those on my afternoon Zoom meetings. Hair isn't exactly in place....it's pulled back in a rough pony tail. Back to the workout, I loved the combination of Climbs and Sprints. If I ever had to change anything, it would be those crazy "hold and freeze" things. Ugh.....boy they are effective though (you should probably keep them because I need them). THANKS for another great workout.

Kaleigh- Thanks for posting all these cycle workouts. I've done a handful of your different rides (a few 45mins, I think a couple 30-35mins) and they're great workouts. This was just the last one I just did, so I'm posting here. I had a question around the RPM's that you suggest during your workouts. I have a computer on my bike (New Schwinn IC4). If I match your leg speed, the rpm's shown are often 20 RPM's higher then what you are calling out. For instance when you call out 40's the RPM's, based on your leg speed it seems to be in the upper 60's-70's. That is also consistent when you call out the cadence. Are you using a computer to track your RPM's or are you just riding to the rhythm and "guessing"? Or perhaps my computer is not accurate, however I've done other classes and they "seem" to be closer. There seems to be less of a % difference when in the 100's. This seems fairly consistent on all your rides I've done. Doesn't effect my ride; just curious. Thanks and again I've enjoyed doing the various rides.
Hi Jason! Some of the past rides I used a bike from one of the studios here in Dubai to get the RPMs, they calculated different than most bikes, all of the recent classes should match your bike now though!
