Uske baad agar aapko phone use karna h aap karo kyun ki sach toh ye hai ki aap bina phone use kiye soyenge nahi.. toh basically hum jsb bhi kuch khate hai especially rice toh wo sleep inducing element jaisa kaam karta hai.. secondly kuch bhi khane ke baad body heavy feel karta h, alcohol formation hota hai. Thirdly ek natural phenomenon h ki dinner karne ke baad agar aap sone ka environment bana lete ho toh jldi neend bhi aajygi.. aapko pata bhi ni lagega phone use karte2 aap so jaoge

Please help me
I m 46. I couldn't sleep from 1996 till 2023 .But I look like 30. I have not any physical problems. I take less protein &vitamins every day. I'm pure vegetarian.
Mam sleep cycle sahi nhi rehti . But jab aati ha toh proper aati ha . Jaise agar 1 am aaj soya toh kal 1 am se pehle nhi aayegi . Samjh nhi aata . Routine imbalance ki proper ha . Yeh 1 am se 2 am aur increase hi hota jata ha . Aap batao kya karu ab iska ?

And get 6 to 8 hrs of sleep ?
Is it OK ?
It’s better to sleep early and wake up early always.
But if there is no other possibility then 6-8 hours of sleep is enough.
